Logibooth supports both vertical and horizontal videos. Vertical videos should have a 9:16 aspect ratio (1080×1920), while horizontal videos should have a 16:9 aspect ratio (1920×1080). Please ensure that your video intro, outro, and overlay fit these aspect ratios. To begin a vertical video session, disable the rotation lock on your phone and mount the device vertically on the booth. For a horizontal video session, disable the rotation lock and mount the device horizontally on the booth.

Creating a video overlay is easy! It can be done in less than 3 minutes. We have created a tutorial for you to watch. Please check it out here.

Install Logibooth on your iPad. Log in with the same Logibooth account as your iPhone. Open the same project as the iPhone and tap on the button “Sharing Station”. Any videos uploaded from the phone will be available to view and download from your iPad.

Logibooth is equipped with intelligent technology that detects when the booth begins to spin. It automatically waits for the optimal time to start recording, so all you need to do is mount the device on the booth and start spinning! Please check the minimum spin time indicated on the recording screen, as this is the duration for which the video will continue to record once it starts. Make sure to spin the booth for at least that amount of time.

To add audio to your 360 booth videos, you will first need to have created a project. Then in that project scroll down to section 5 (Add audio to video). You can now import an audio file, choose either to trim it or upload it direct.
