Logibooth vs Touchpix
Two very different bets. Touchpix runs on almost anything and supports almost every booth type. Logibooth goes all-in on the iPhone you already own — flat pricing, on-device branding, and an ask that runs on the guest’s own phone before the download. Here’s the honest breakdown.
| What we compared | Logibooth | Touchpix |
|---|---|---|
| Camera | Your own phone, iPhone or Android — no extra camera to buy, charge, or connect | Phone, GoPro, or DSLR (extra hardware supported and often used) |
| Platforms | iOS (iPhone + iPad) and Android | iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, Raspberry Pi |
| How you pay | One flat price: $19.99/wk · $49.99/mo · $499/yr. Every feature is included. Unlimited events on Pro | Price levels: AU$549.88–2,749.99/yr. Each level limits how many events you can run at once (2–12). Higher levels unlock more features |
| When there is no internet | The iPhone that films sends clips over its own local network. The venue needs no internet for a guest to get their video | They also say their app works with no internet. Check their own guides to see how guests get videos that way |
| The guest request | Three requests — a follow, an email or phone number, or a review. They appear on the guest’s own phone before the download. The app records what the guest agreed to, and you can export it as a CSV file. Included in Pro | Surveys need their Pro level (AU$1,759.99/yr). The guest answers on the booth screen |
| Branding | Brand Kit: logo, intro, outro, music, overlays — added to the video on the phone | Overlays, intros/outros, and 60+ filters/effects |
| Slow motion | Up to 120fps on iPhone, up to 60fps on Android | Slow motion needs their MultiPass level or higher |
| Booth types | 360 spinner booths first, plus ready-made settings for open booths | 360, mirror, DSLR, iPad — supports the most booth types |

The three questions that actually decide it
1. What hardware do you already own?
Logibooth needs only a recent iPhone. That one phone films the video, edits it, and sends it. If your setup is built around GoPros, DSLRs, Android tablets, or a mirror booth, Touchpix supports those and Logibooth does not.
2. How do you want to pay?
Logibooth Pro is one flat price. You get every feature and unlimited events, from $19.99/week or $499/year. Touchpix splits its features across four yearly levels (AU$549.88 to AU$2,749.99). Each level lets you run only 2–12 events at once. Video, surveys, or RAW backup need a higher level.
3. Where does the request happen?
Logibooth asks on the guest’s own phone, at the moment they scan for their video. That is the only screen where a guest can really follow you or leave a review. A survey on the booth screen collects an answer, but it cannot open the guest’s Instagram. Working with no internet is a separate matter. If the venue Wi-Fi stops, the booth still sends the video over its own local network. But an email typed at that moment is not saved, so choose cloud delivery on the booths where guest details matter.
Fair questions
When is Touchpix the better choice?
Choose Touchpix if you film with GoPros or DSLRs, run mirror booths, or need Windows or desktop hardware. Logibooth does not support any of that, on purpose — it is built around the phone on the arm. Touchpix runs on more kinds of hardware than any other app.
When is Logibooth the better choice?
Choose Logibooth if you run 360 booths with the phone already in your pocket — iPhone or Android. The request — a follow, an email, or a review — appears on the guest’s own phone before the download. One flat price covers it, and there is no limit on how many events you run. Working with no internet is a separate promise. It means the guest still gets their video. It does not mean an email typed at that moment is saved.
