Logibooth

The three requests

The last screen is yours.

A guest who wants their video is happy to help you. That is the moment to ask. Logibooth asks before the download starts. You choose what to ask for, and you choose how hard to ask. So every event can grow your audience too — on every plan, the free one included.

What you can ask for

Three requests, on the guest’s own phone

Most booth apps ask on the booth’s own screen. There the guest is standing in a line, holding a drink, with people waiting behind them. Logibooth asks on the guest’s own phone, when they scan for their video. That is the only screen where they can really follow you or write a review. Each request can be required or skippable, so you choose how hard to ask.

  • A follow on Instagram, TikTok, or any link you choose
  • An email address or a phone number — one or the other, and only if they agree
  • A review on Google, The Knot, or any link you choose
  • Each request required or skippable, per event

The follow ask. Skip is right there.

Consent built in

Marketing consent, done properly

Every contact records what the guest agreed to, when they agreed, and which version of your policy they saw. Your client gets a clean marketing list, not a legal risk. You choose how long guest data is kept, and you can delete an event’s guest data at any time.

  • What they agreed to, the time, and the policy version
  • You choose how long the data is kept
  • Guests see your privacy notice before they agree
  • Delete an event’s guest data whenever you want
The contact request: “Can we grab your number?” with name and phone fields and an unticked consent checkbox linking to both privacy policies

Consent is its own tick — never pre-ticked.

03

Your data

Export everything as CSV

One tap exports your contacts as a CSV file. Give your corporate client a spreadsheet of emails from guests who agreed to hear from them. You can do it while you are still packing up. It is the easiest way to start the conversation about the next booking.

04

Reviews

Your next booking starts on your listing

Couples and planners read your reviews before they ever call. The booth is the moment guests are happiest — so the last screen can invite them to leave one, pointed at whichever listing you choose. It is the last screen before the download, and their listing opens once the video has saved. Skippable by default: Google prohibits gating reviews or pressuring guests on your premises, and we build for that rather than around it.

  • Point it at Google, The Knot, or any link
  • Opens after the download, never as a toll gate
  • Skippable by default — an invitation, not a condition
  • Set per event, in your own wording

Prove it

The recap that wins your next booking

After each event, share the Event Recap — videos captured, shares, and contacts collected. It turns “the booth was fun” into numbers your client can forward to their boss.

Questions, answered

Can I preview what guests will see?

Yes. The preview shows you every screen a guest sees. It starts at the QR scan, goes through each request in order, and ends at the download. You can practise the whole thing before the event starts.

Who owns the collected data?

You do, or your client does. You are the data controller for the contacts collected at your events. Logibooth stores and processes them for you, for as long as you choose to keep them. Logibooth also tells guests what its role is, on the consent screen. You can delete an event’s guest data at any time.

Does this work with no internet?

Partly. Here is exactly where the line is. With no internet the guest still gets their video — that is the point of offline mode — and the screens still appear on their phone. But an email typed with no internet is not saved, and the review page will not open. If these matter more to you than the venue’s Wi-Fi worries you, set that booth to cloud delivery. You choose this per booth, before doors open.

Can different events ask for different things?

Yes. You set the requests per event, and you can change them booth by booth. A nightclub might require a follow. A wedding might ask for nothing at all.
