Offline mode
No signal. No problem. No waiting.
Every operator has had an event ruined by the venue Wi-Fi. Logibooth does not need it. The recording phone runs its own small server. The Share Station tablet connects to it over local Wi-Fi. Guests still download their videos with the venue’s internet completely down.
How it works
The booth makes its own network
The recording phone sends videos straight from the phone itself. Your Share Station tablet joins it over local Wi-Fi. The tablet then passes every video on to guest phones. There is no router to set up and no hotspot to manage. Nothing in the delivery needs the cloud.
- The phone itself sends the videos
- The tablet connects to it by itself
- Guests scan a QR code to join the Wi-Fi
- Nothing to set up at the venue
Guest experience
Scan, join, download
Guests scan one QR code to join the local network. They scan a second one to get their video. It is the same as it would be with full internet. Most guests never notice that the venue has no signal.
Cloud backup
Cloud backup when the signal returns
Working offline does not leave your videos stuck on the phone. They upload to the cloud in the background whenever there is a connection. So the event web page and your own archive fill up on their own, after the event.
- Choose cloud or local delivery, per booth
- Uploads on its own once there is internet
- The event web page fills in on its own
Why it matters
Book the venues others decline
Basements, old buildings, festivals, ships, country weddings. Apps that need the cloud struggle in these places. You can quote for them with confidence. “Works with no internet at all” often wins the booking by itself.

Questions, answered
Does offline mode need any extra equipment?
No. The phone that records and the tablet you already use as a Share Station make the local network between them. There is nothing else to buy and nothing to set up.
How do guests download without internet?
They scan a Wi-Fi QR code to join the booth’s local network. Then they scan the video QR code as usual. The video comes straight from your own devices, at local network speed.
What happens to videos recorded offline?
The phone keeps them. They upload to the cloud on their own as soon as there is internet. That can happen during the event, if the signal comes and goes, or later when you get home.
Can I mix cloud and offline delivery at one event?
Yes. You set this for each booth. A booth near the venue’s working Wi-Fi can use cloud delivery, while the booth in the basement uses the local network.
