Logibooth

Switching

Your arm stays.
The truck gets lighter.

Thinking about moving your booth to Logibooth? Here is exactly what carries over, what does not, and what your client sees on the other side. Including the answers that are no.

The moving list

What carries over

  • Comes with you

    Your spinner arm

Any 360 arm that holds a phone firmly, from any maker. Nothing connects to the motor — the app senses the spin with the phone’s own motion sensor.

  • Comes with you

    Your overlays

The same transparent PNG files, as long as they are the standard shapes: tall 1080×1920 or wide 1920×1080.

  • Comes with you

    Your intros and outros

Standard video files, in the same shape as the clips you record. Add them once and every clip carries them.

  • Comes with you

    Your music

Import your songs and cut them to the part you want, inside the app.

  • No

    Your camera gear

Not needed — and that is the point. The phone on the arm is the camera. No DSLR, no GoPro, no laptop, no capture box.

  • No

Your projects and templates from another app

There is no importer. You rebuild a project in the app: name it, add a booth, pick your branding. Your old files slot straight in.

  • Partly

    Your mailing-list connection

Contacts come out as a CSV file — name, contact, consent and the time it was given. There is no direct Mailchimp or CRM sync today.

  • Comes with you

    Your Android phone

Logibooth is on Google Play too — capture, branding, guest requests and delivery. Slow motion tops out at 60fps on Android; iPhone films up to 120fps.

The short version: your files and your arm come with you. The gear the old setup needed — and its templates — do not.

Day one

Setting up again is a few screens

A project holds one event: its booths, its branding, its guest settings. Name it, add a booth, pick your branding — the overlays and intros you already have slot straight in. There is no template marketplace to relearn.

The venue has no Wi-Fi

Here is exactly where the line is

With no internet, guests still get their video — the phone serves clips over its own local network, and everything backs up when the internet returns. But an email typed with no internet is not saved, and the review page will not open. If contacts or reviews matter for that event, set the booth to cloud delivery before doors open.

How offline mode works →

A project in the app with one 360° spinner booth, an Add booth button, a Share station button, and Branding, Guests and Settings tabs

One project: booths, branding, guests.

The other side

What your client receives

Branded clips in every camera roll

Your logo, intro, outro and music are baked into the video file itself before the guest ever shares it.

A web page for the event

Guests who missed the booth rush can come back for their video later. It carries the brand you choose — yours or the client’s.

A contact list they consented to

One tap exports a CSV — name, contact, marketing consent and when it was given. A clean list, not a legal risk. On every plan.

An Event Recap

Videos captured, shares, contacts collected — numbers your client can forward to their boss.

The safe way to switch

Run one event on it before you decide

The free tier never expires and runs real events — the only difference is a Logibooth watermark on the clips. Put it on one booth beside your current setup, work a real night, and compare what comes out. If it does not win, you have lost nothing.

The switching questions

Does Logibooth work with the spinner arm I already own?

Yes. Any 360 spinner arm that holds a phone securely works, from any maker. Nothing plugs into the motor and there is nothing to pair. The app uses the phone’s own motion sensor to notice the spin, so the arm only has to turn.

Which phone do I need?

Any recent iPhone or Android phone. You set the frame rate, resolution, clip length and spin speed per booth, so you can match the settings to the phone you have. For the fastest slow motion, iPhone is the pick — up to 120fps, versus up to 60fps on Android.

Can I try Logibooth without dropping my current app?

Yes, and we would recommend exactly that. The free tier has no time limit and runs real events — clips carry a Logibooth watermark, and that is the only difference. Run one event on it beside your current setup and compare what comes out.

Can I reuse the overlays my designer made for my old app?

If they are transparent PNG files in the standard shapes — tall 1080×1920 or wide 1920×1080 — they drop straight in. The same goes for intro and outro videos in the shape you film.

What happens at a venue with no internet?

Guests still get their video: the phone serves clips over its own local network, and everything backs up to the cloud when the internet returns. But an email typed with no internet is not saved, and the review page will not open. If contacts or reviews matter for that event, set the booth to cloud delivery before doors open. You choose this per booth.

Is there an Android version?

Yes — Logibooth is on Google Play as well as the App Store. The one difference worth knowing: slow motion records up to 120fps on iPhone and up to 60fps on Android. There is no desktop app.

Same arm. Lighter truck.

Free to start on iPhone, iPad and Android. Run your next event on it and see.
