Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 August 2026
These terms govern your use of the Logibooth app and related services (“Logibooth”, “we”, “us” — operated by Deucks Pty Ltd, Australia). By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Logibooth provides software for running 360° photobooth experiences. It records the video, processes it on the device, adds your branding, and creates guest delivery pages. It can also collect guest data if you turn that on. We host guest galleries and store event media, so your guests can get their clips.
Subscriptions & billing
- The free tier puts a watermark on clips. “Logibooth Pro” gives you clips with no watermark, unlimited events, custom branding, guest data collection, and pro effects.
- Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed by the store you bought it from — Apple’s App Store or Google Play. You manage or cancel it in that store’s account settings, and refunds follow that store’s refund process.
- If your subscription lapses, hosted guest pages for your events stop serving immediately. After a 14-day grace period we may permanently remove the event media we store for you. If you subscribe again within the grace period, your service is restored.
Your responsibilities as an operator
- You are responsible for lawful conduct at your events. That includes telling guests they are being filmed. It also includes getting any consents your jurisdiction requires.
- If you turn on guest data collection, you are the controller of that data. Collect it only with consent. Use it only as described to the guest. Honour access and deletion requests. Logibooth requires you to save a privacy policy before the request for guest details will run.
- Only upload branding, music, and content you have the rights to use. You are responsible for music licensing at your events.
- Keep your account login details safe. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use Logibooth to record or share unlawful content. Do not use it to harass or exploit anyone. Do not use it to collect personal data without consent. Do not use it to interfere with how the service runs. We may suspend accounts that do.
Content & data
- You (and your guests, where that applies) own the videos captured at your events. You grant us the limited licence needed to process, store, and deliver them. That is all we use it for.
- Our privacy policy anddata deletion page describe how we handle data and how long we keep it. They form part of these terms.
Service changes & availability
We add improvements all the time, and we may change or remove features. We work hard to be reliable — offline delivery is built for the moments when the network fails. But we provide the service “as is” and we cannot promise it will always be available.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
