Snap360 is one of the established apps in this category and it is a reasonable
choice. If you are looking at alternatives, the useful thing is not a feature
table but knowing which differences actually change your night.

Why do people look for a Snap360 alternative?

Three reasons come up, and they point in different directions.

Cloud storage ran out. PRO includes 4 GB of cloud storage and Diamond Pro
15 GB. Their free plan has none. Video is large, and an operator working
regularly will meet those numbers.

They want to run more devices. Their free plan runs one device, SNAPPHOTO
and PRO two, and Diamond Pro four.

They want the free plan to do more. Theirs includes full 360 recording on a
single device with no cloud storage. That is a fair way to try the app, and a
tight way to run an event.

If none of those describe you, Snap360 is doing its job and this article is not
for you.

What does Snap360 do well?

Worth saying plainly, because a comparison that concedes nothing is not worth
reading.

The free plan is a real one. Full 360 recording, with QR and link delivery,
at no cost. You can run a genuine booth on it before paying anything.

It takes more hardware than most. PRO supports a GoPro and a remote
control, SNAPPHOTO supports Canon cameras, and there is a Windows version for
photo booths with DNP printing. If your setup is more than a phone on a 360
arm, that breadth is real.

It keeps going when the wifi drops. Recording carries on, and files upload
on their own later. Offline mode is listed among PRO's features.

It runs on older phones. iOS 15.6 and Android 7 are low bars, which is a
genuine advantage if your booth phone is a few generations old.

Where do the two actually differ?

Three structural differences, and none of them are about features.

Cloud storage. They meter it: none on free, 4 GB on PRO, 15 GB on Diamond
Pro. We do not cap clips, events or booths on any plan, including the free one.
For an operator doing a handful of events a year that is irrelevant. For anyone
working regularly it is the difference between deleting things and not
thinking about it.

Devices. Their plans run from one device to four. Ours have no device limit
at any tier, including free. A five booth event costs the same as a one booth
event.

Tiers. They have three paid tiers, and the cheapest, SNAPPHOTO, is photos
only, so for 360 video the paid entry point is PRO. We have one Pro price, and
it changes only whose brand is on the clips.

Price. Their page has shown us euros in September and US dollars in
October, so yours may show a different currency again. In US dollars, PRO is
US$31.99 a month or US$299.99 a year, and Diamond Pro US$46.99 a month or
US$449.99 a year, with the yearly prices marked as a special offer. Ours is
US$19.99 a week, US$49.99 a month or US$499 a year. Headline prices move. The comparison that holds still is what each price includes:
theirs is metered by storage and devices, ours is not metered at all.

Is the free plan really free on either?

Yes on both, and this is the part most comparison articles get wrong by
implying the other side is hiding something.

Their free plan gives you full 360 recording on one device, with no cloud
storage. If you are practising or running a booth for friends, it will do the
job at no cost.

Ours is a free tier rather than a trial, and it does not expire. It includes
unlimited events, booths and clips. All nine effects including the slow motion
ones. Your intro, outro and music. Guest follow, contact and review requests
with consent recording and one-tap CSV export. Share Station and offline clip
hand-over. Clips carry a Logibooth watermark.

Going Pro with us changes exactly one thing: whose brand is on the clips. The
watermark comes off, your logo goes on, and your own overlay artwork replaces
our sample. Nothing else is gated, which also means nothing else is waiting to
surprise you at the tier above.

What does offline actually mean on each?

This one is worth separating carefully, because both apps use the same word for
two different things.

Snap360's offline is store and forward. Recording carries on when the wifi
drops, and the files upload once a connection comes back. That genuinely
protects the footage, which is the main thing.

Ours is built around the guest leaving with the clip at the venue. With no
internet the clip still gets handed over on the night rather than arriving
later.

The distinction matters if your venues have bad connections and your guests
expect to post before they go home. It does not matter if you deliver
everything the next day anyway.

One thing to be clear about on our side: with no internet, guests still get
clips. Typed contact details are not saved and review pages do not open. If
an event is about collecting contacts, connectivity is part of the brief rather
than a venue detail.

Which should you choose?

Stay with Snap360 if it is working, your storage is comfortable, and your
plan covers the devices you run. Switching software has a real cost in
relearning and there is no prize for churn.

Choose Snap360 over us if you want a GoPro on the arm, Canon cameras, or
printed photo booths alongside 360. We run on phones on a 360 arm, and they
support more hardware than we do.

Look at us if you have hit the storage ceiling, want more devices than your
plan allows, or want a free plan that limits nothing except the branding.

The honest summary is that these are similar products with different pricing
shapes. Theirs is three paid tiers, with storage and devices as the things that
move you between them. Ours is one tier with no meters on it. Which is better
value depends on how busy you are and what hardware you run.
