How many clips does a 360 booth event produce?
A rough guide from Logibooth's own numbers. A typical event records a few dozen clips, and the busiest run into the hundreds. Here is what moves it.

Operators get asked this before almost every booking, usually as "how many
videos will we get?" Here is a rough answer, taken from Logibooth's own records
rather than from a guess.
So how many is typical?
A few dozen clips. Across the more than 14,000 clips recorded on Logibooth,
counted on 30 September 2026, a typical event that was actually run records a
few dozen, and the busiest run into the hundreds.
That leaves out events set up just to try the app, which record a clip or two
and would drag the number down for no useful reason.
Treat it as a rough guide, not a promise. Your own events will land wherever
your guests, your hours and your room put them.
What makes one event record more than another?
A handful of things, and most are visible before you arrive.
How many guests there are. More people, more groups, more takes.
How long the booth is open, and when. At a wedding most clips happen in one
busy stretch after the first dance, so the hours you are booked for matter
less than whether they cover that peak.
Running a booth at a wedding goes through the
shape of the night.
Groups or singles. A group of three is one clip. The same three people
going one at a time is three.
How fast the queue moves. Every minute a guest waits is a minute the booth
is not recording.
Why your queue backs up covers what
slows it down.
The crowd. Some rooms queue all night. Some need a nudge. The operator who
gets a few good groups on early usually ends up with more clips than the one
who waits for guests to come over.
What does that mean when you quote?
Charge for time, not clips. The number moves too much from night to night
to price by the clip, and a client cannot control how busy their guests are.
What to charge for a 360 booth covers
building a package.
Tell the client the range. "Usually a few dozen, sometimes a lot more" is an
honest answer, and it stops anyone expecting every guest to have their own
video.
Plan storage for the busy night, not the average one. Clips stay on the
phone until they upload, so a night in the hundreds needs room for it.
Choosing the phone covers why storage
matters more than it looks.
Will every guest get a clip?
No, and it is worth saying so up front. Not everyone steps on, and the ones who
do usually come in groups.
The questions clients ask has
a good way to answer that one.
We will refresh these numbers from time to time. They will move, and that is
fine. They are here to give a sense of scale, not a target.
