What Pro actually changes
Almost everything in Logibooth is free on every plan. Pro changes whose brand is on the clips, and what happens to your library if you stop paying.

Most apps put the useful things behind the paywall. Logibooth does not, so
it is worth being precise about the small number of things that do change.
What is free on every plan
All of this works without a subscription:
- Unlimited events. No cap, no per-event charge.
- All nine effects, plus the custom effect builder.
- Guest gates: follow prompts, contact capture, review prompts.
- Exporting your contact list as a spreadsheet.
- The Share Station, including local sharing over the venue network.
- Running offline, where guests still get their clips.
- Intro videos, outro videos and soundtracks.
If you read anywhere that one of those is a paid feature, it is wrong.
The first thing Pro changes: whose brand is on the clips
On a free account, every clip renders with the Logibooth watermark on it.
On Pro, that is replaced by your branding: the overlay artwork you
designed, and your logo baked into the corner you picked.
Your intro, outro and soundtrack play either way. It is specifically the
watermark, the overlay and the baked logo that change hands.
That is the whole of it during normal use. One difference, on the surface a
guest sees.
The second thing: what happens if you stop paying
This one matters more than it looks, so it is worth reading before you
cancel.
While your subscription is active, everything works normally.
If it lapses, clips you made while it was active become locked to you.
They will not go into a promo reel, they will not go into a ZIP export, and
they will not show on the in-app Share Station. The app tells you how many
are affected rather than quietly leaving them out.
This is reversible. Resubscribe and those clips unlock immediately.
Nothing is destroyed by lapsing.
One deliberate exception: guest download pages stay open. A guest who
scanned a QR at your event last month can still get their video even if your
subscription has since lapsed. Your clients are not punished for your
billing.
Two things worth knowing about the watermark
The decision is permanent for that clip. Branding is baked into the
video file when it renders, and finished clips are never re-rendered. Going
Pro tomorrow does not un-watermark yesterday's event.
Your device has to be able to check your plan. If a phone has never been
online since the app was installed, it cannot verify the subscription, so it
treats the account as free and watermarks everything.
That is the one that catches people out: a new phone, a venue with no
signal, and a whole event comes out watermarked despite an active
subscription. Open the app once on any connection before you leave. It
only has to succeed once on that device.
There is more on the offline side of this in
running an event with no internet.
Where to check or change your plan
Open Profile. Your current state is shown there, and that is also where
you subscribe, restore a purchase on a new device, or cancel.
If you have paid but the app still shows free, restore purchases first, and
make sure the device has been online at least once.
Deciding whether you need it
You need Pro if clips leaving your booth should carry your name rather than
ours. For anyone running events commercially that is usually the whole
point, since every clip a guest posts is either your advertising or ours.
You do not need it to try the product properly. Run a real event on free.
Everything works, and the only difference is the logo in the corner.

Brand kit, event identity and booth overrides
Branding sits at three levels and they do not all behave the same way. Two follow your changes, one is copied once and never looks back.
